Hey, my son is 2 and 1/2 and i said from the beginning that i didnt wont my son in the bed with me and my husband but there was just one little problem we lived with my in-laws and when he would go sleep with them in their room to give me and my husband a break he was sleeping in their bed with them ..he had his own bed and all in their room but she would put him in their bed ,like she didnt care what i wanted and now we live away from them on the other side of the united states and guess who had a bed partner other than her husband thats right me !!!! we are going to be trying for another child here shortly and that is going to be kinda hard to do,but ima take this idea and run with it,it sounds like it will work thank you for your help !!!

Hi Tracey, congrats! Our son was not napping anymore when we started this, so it was a nighttime only thing for us, but I suppose you would do the same technique at nap time in order to stay consistent. Keep us in the loop with your progress!
