Happy New Year to you all!  I hope you had a wonderful time and that you are looking forward to a successful year as a spouse, parent and individual.

Each year, Love Buns and I write down our reflections on the past year and our resolutions and goals for the coming year.  Studies show that people who write their goals down are much more likely to achieve them.  They also show that people who write their goals down AND share them publicly are even more likely to achieve them.
