They make you cry,

They are a joy They are a pain,
They are your sunshine
They are your rain.
They give you hopes They give you fears, They’re full of smiles They’re full of tears. They’ll wake you up They’ll make you sleepy, They’ll make you happy They’ll make you weepy. They’re independent They need you there, They make you worry They make you care. They’re so small They’re so big, They make you shout They make you sing.
They’re your kids They’re everything, They’re all the joy A life can bring. Enjoy them. Cherish them. Hold them close. Let them be free.
